Balassi Summer University 2026 Scholarship Programme, Hungary
Chiang Mai University has been informed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary of the opening of applications for the Balassi Summer University 2026 Scholarship Programme.
The programme is offered to students and members of the general public who are interested in studying the Hungarian language and culture in Budapest, Hungary, from 13 July to 7 August 2026.
Programme Overview
The course provides an intensive academic programme consisting of:

Hungarian Language Training: 80 class hours

Hungarian Studies (Literature, History, Geography, and Culture): 40 class hours
The programme is designed to strengthen participants’ language proficiency while providing in-depth understanding of Hungarian culture and society.
