Azerbaijan Government Scholarship Opportunity for Higher Education

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation of Thailand, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is pleased to announce the “Intergovernmental Scholarship Program (ISP)” offered by the Republic of Azerbaijan.

This scholarship program is open to applicants wishing to pursue undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees, as well as basic medical education and residency programs at higher education institutions in Azerbaijan.
