Ibaraki University Exchange Program, Japan – Spring & Fall 2026
Ibaraki University (IU), Japan, is now accepting applications from undergraduate and graduate students (except for final-year students) to participate in its Exchange Program for Spring and Fall 2026. The program offers two study tracks:

Ibaraki Japanese Language and Culture Program
Designed for students interested in enhancing their knowledge of Japanese language, culture, and Japan-related subjects. Courses are taught in English. Students with intermediate to advanced Japanese proficiency may also take Japanese language courses.

General Exchange Program
Regular academic courses taught primarily in Japanese. Applicants are required to have a JLPT score of N2 or above.
Selected participants will receive a tuition fee waiver, while other expenses such as travel, accommodation, meals, and personal costs must be covered by the students.
Faculties are requested to nominate one qualified student. If more than one student is nominated, please provide a ranking order.
Application documents must be submitted through Ms.Tanya, ICDI International Relations Unit (ICB1103). Any late submission will not be accepted.
