The EU SPEAR organization is pleased to announce the 2nd Edition of the Scholars Programme on EU-ASEAN Relations (SPEAR), which will be held in November 2025 at Artotel Gelora Senayan Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia.

This programme aims to provide opportunities for scholars in the field of international relations—including university faculty members, academics, and researchers—to deepen their understanding of relations between the European Union and ASEAN.
