Russian Government Scholarships for the Academic Year 2026–2027
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand has received an official notification from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Thailand regarding the Russian Government Scholarship Program for the academic year 2026–2027.
A total of 50 scholarships will be offered to Thai students, scholars, and personnel to pursue studies in vocational programs, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in the Russian Federation.
Applications will open on 7 October 2025 onward.
