University of Fukui Exchange Program 2027
The University of Fukui, Japan, is accepting applications from students interested in participating in its Exchange Program 2027. Selected students are expected to travel to Japan in late March 2027 and may participate in the program for either one semester or one academic year.
The program is offered in two options:
Program A: English-Taught Program
- Open to undergraduate students only.
- Applicants must have an English proficiency level equivalent to or higher than one of the following:
- TOEFL PBT/ITP: 500
- TOEFL iBT: 61
- TOEIC: 600
Program B: Japanese-Taught Program
- Open to undergraduate and graduate students, including research students.
- Applicants must have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to or higher than:
Program Benefits and Expenses
Exchange students will be exempt from tuition fees at the University of Fukui. However, participants are responsible for all other expenses related to their participation, including visa fees, international and local transportation, accommodation, living expenses, and other personal expenses.

ICDI may nominate only ONE student for this program.
