Okayama University Exchange Program – Spring 2027

Okayama University, Japan, is now accepting applications for its Student Exchange Program for Spring 2027. The program is open to eligible undergraduate students and offers an opportunity to study at Okayama University for either one semester or one academic year.

Selected exchange students will receive a tuition fee waiver from Okayama University. However, participants are responsible for all other expenses related to the exchange, including travel, accommodation, health insurance, living expenses, and other personal costs.

Tuition Fee: Waived
Other Expenses: Self-funded by the student

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student and not be in the final year of their degree program.
2. Have completed at least one semester of study at their home university.
3. Meet at least one of the following English language proficiency requirements:
   • IELTS: 5.5 or above
   • TOEFL PBT: 500 or above
   • TOEFL iBT: 61 or above
   • Or an equivalent recognized English proficiency qualification
4. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00.

2. Academic Transcript
3. Copy of Passport
4. English Language Proficiency Test Result
5. Letter of Recommendation
6. Statement of Purpose
7. Certificate of Health

Important: All required application documents must be combined and submitted as ONE PDF file.

Important Information for ICDI Students

Interested ICDI students must submit their complete application documents to the ICDI International Relations Unit for internal review and nomination.
