The Asia Pacific Institute for Events Management (APIEM), in collaboration with Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas and Evenesis Event Management System, Malaysia, invites undergraduate students to participate in the 1st Global Event Leaders Challenge (GELC), an international event planning and management competition to be held 100% online on November 13, 2026.
GELC provides students with an opportunity to demonstrate their event planning and management skills in real time while responding to simulated event challenges. The competition also explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Intelligence (HI) can work together in modern event management.
Designed around sustainable principles, the competition is conducted entirely online, allowing students to participate and compete internationally from their own campus without international travel.
