The University of Osaka Student Exchange Program 2027 – Call for Applications

The University of Osaka, Japan, is now accepting applications for its Student Exchange Program for Academic Year 2027, offering eligible undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to study in Japan for one semester or one academic year.

Selected exchange students will receive a tuition fee waiver from The University of Osaka. However, participants are responsible for all other expenses related to the exchange, including travel, accommodation, health insurance, living expenses, and other personal costs.

Study Duration: One Semester or One Academic Year
Eligible Levels: Undergraduate and Graduate Students
Tuition Fee: Waived
Other Expenses: Self-funded by the student

General Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:

1. Undergraduate students must have completed at least one academic year of study at their home university by the time of application.

2. Graduate students must have completed at least one semester of study at their home university by the time of application.

3. Applicants must maintain their student status at Chiang Mai University throughout the entire exchange period.

4. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

5. Applicants must meet the language proficiency requirements of their selected exchange program.

Applicants should carefully select the program that best matches their academic background, study objectives, and language proficiency.

Important Information for ICDI Students

Interested ICDI students must review the requirements of their preferred program and prepare all required application documents for ICDI internal review and nomination.
