Seikei University, Japan, is now accepting applications for its Student Exchange Program for Spring 2027, offering eligible undergraduate and graduate students from Chiang Mai University an opportunity to study in Japan for one semester or one academic year.

Selected exchange students will receive a tuition fee waiver throughout the exchange period. However, participants are responsible for all other expenses related to the program, including travel, accommodation, health insurance, living expenses, and other personal costs.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:

1. Be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at Chiang Mai University and have completed at least one semester of study.

2. Maintain active student status at Chiang Mai University throughout the entire exchange period.

3. Not be awaiting graduation or scheduled to graduate during the exchange period.

4. Return to Chiang Mai University to continue their studies after completing the exchange program.

5. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50.

6. Have studied Japanese language for at least one year or at least 300 hours, with proficiency equivalent to at least JLPT N5, and be preparing to take the JLPT N4 level.

Interested ICDI students must apply through the ICDI International Relations Unit and submit all required application documents for internal review and nomination.
