Oita University Exchange Program – Fall Semester 2026
Chiang Mai University has been informed by Oita University, Japan, about the call for applications for the Student Exchange Program for the Fall Semester 2026. The program is available for one semester or one academic year.
Students selected for the exchange program will receive a tuition fee waiver from the host university. However, participants are responsible for all other related expenses, including airfare, accommodation, health insurance, and personal expenses.

Applicant Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program (final-year students are not eligible)

Must have completed at least one semester of study at their home university

Minimum English proficiency: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 500 (PBT) / 61 (iBT), or equivalent for applicants to English-taught programs

JLPT score (if available) for applicants to Japanese-taught programs

Minimum GPA of 3.00
