Otemon Gakuin University Exchange Programme – Spring 2027
Otemon Gakuin University, Japan, is now accepting applications from Chiang Mai University students to participate in its Exchange Programme for Spring 2027. Students may participate for either one semester or one academic year.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
- Have completed at least one semester of study at their home university (excluding final-year students).
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50.
- Meet the language proficiency requirements according to the programme applied for:
- English: TOEIC 600 / TOEFL iBT 48 / IELTS 4.5
- Japanese: JLPT N3, N2, or N1
Programme Benefits and Expenses
Participants will be exempt from tuition fees at Otemon Gakuin University. However, participants are responsible for all other expenses related to their exchange, including:
- Visa application fees
- International travel expenses
- Accommodation
- Living expenses
- Other personal and exchange-related expenses
Required Application Documents
Applicants are required to prepare the following documents:
- Application Form
- Copy of Academic Transcript
- Copy of English/Japanese Language Proficiency Test Certificate
- Copy of Passport
- Travel Medical Certificate (Fit to Fly)
